Matt DiPilato "Depo", MBA, is the Chief Operating Officer of Arka Express Inc. & Arka Logistics LLC, a mid-sized, asset-based truckload carrier & brokerage based in the Chicagoland area. He previously served as Vice President of Sales & Commercial Strategy and has held leadership roles with C.H. Robinson, Schneider National, and Circle Logistics. Matt earned his MBA in Global Business & Entrepreneurship (magna cum laude) from the University of Illinois and a BBA in Finance from the University of Montana. He has served on the Traffic Club of Chicago Board from 2018 - 2025, and was its President in 2024.
